Make-up is an art. Without Make-up you are just a bloke with a wig. Without make-up the transformation isn't one.
Believe it or not, most women do not know how to put on make-up, let alone choosing the right make-up for the right occassion.
Your Basics: Before any make-up, use moisturizer
1. Foundation for that (in)famous shaddow: Choose a cake foundation (solid) .
2. Use Powder, a shade lighter than your skin.
3. Blush - a light one for everyday, a deeper colour for the evening.
4. Eye shadow - here is where most people go wrong. Use 2 colours, a lighter one on top, a darker one on the eye - lid.For the evening and that dramatic effect, use darker colours.
5. Mascara or not ? If you are lucky enough to have long eye-lashes, Mascara is an option. But be aware that Mascara always leaves traces ! False eye-lashes need some skill, but they are removed easily. You will get used to the odd feeling of having a curtain hanging from your eyes. It is worth it.
6. Eye Brows - use an eye-brow pencil to define the shape if you cannot plug them.
7. Lipstick : Always use a lip liner. Then Lipstick and to finish it up, lip-gloss.
